Alexis is really great, amazing experience and excellent customer service
WORST apartment I ever lived in. I dealt with an ongoing roach infestation that was never properly resolved despite multiple pest control treatments. Each treatment required me to leave my apartment for more than four hours, forcing me to take time away from work and make arrangements to ensure my pet was safe. Throughout this, I repeatedly informed management that the roaches were coming from and harboring inside the dishwasher. We lived at this apartment community for one year and, we were ready to move out halfway through our stay. The apt is marketed as a luxury apartment, but we found many aspects of the unit to be outdated and not reflective of that standard. The leasing office appeared to have a high staff turnover, which made communication and continuity somewhat inconsistent. also, GUEST PARKING WAS EXTREMELY LIMITED, creating ongoing inconvenience for visitors.
