Moved out almost a year ago and finally had the time to write this review and reading other reviews sounds like there has been similar issues that I had. Lived here for one year exactly and couldn't wait to move out. I know living in an apartment has its usual cons but this place was once considered a luxury apartment was definitely far from it. Complain all you want—your neighbors will still scream and blast music until 5:00 am. I called security countless times, but management just pushed it off, telling me to call the police because they didn’t want to get involved. The entire building reeks of weed at all hours, on every floor. There’s no proper guest parking enforcement because residents with multiple cars take up all the spots—I've seen it myself. This is a great place to live the people are very nice there's some little totes running around which makes is so much nicer,neighbors are great.Now I'll get to the staff and maintence.the girls in the office are the nicest team of getting stuff done.I have not been here but 2 months and the stove was a little weathered and the shades needed help and I never said another word they didn't forget me they were waiting on items they ordered,and then I came home one day and there was my brand new gorgeous stove and the blinds are... read more
Terrible customer service. If you enjoy dog poop/pee throughout the property and a management company that doesn’t respond to tenants, look no further! I had the exact experience as other reviews where they attempt to charge you excessive cleaning fees for service never provided. They cannot provided move-in pictures or statement of condition reports and they will try to charge you for them. Know your rights. They are a slum lords owned by blackrock.
