The "manager", Liz, would greatly benefit from additional customer service training. Since living here, I have noticed a consistently high turnover of employees in the leasing office, which raises concerns about management. A manager should be equipped to make sound business decisions based on business needs while also assisting residents to the best of their ability. I have lived in this community for over a year and I must emphasize on how efficient the system is, the maintenance team are on top of everything, the management team is always available to assist ,They don’t let towing trucks roam around the complex. Very peaceful and lots of residents activity. Never had any security concerns
Moved out almost a year ago and finally had the time to write this review and reading other reviews sounds like there has been similar issues that I had. Lived here for one year exactly and couldn't wait to move out. I know living in an apartment has its usual cons but this place was once considered a luxury apartment was definitely far from it.
