Moved from NE to TX last year. Found 1816 thankfully and we have an amazing experience every single time! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, everyone is incredibly kind, caring, and wonderful with our kids. I always leave feeling heard, reassured, and confident that all of my questions were answered and our kids were genuinely cared for. Amazing staff and amazing Doctors
Moved to NB from Laredo and finding the best pediatrician for my first born was overwhelming. 1816 has been nothing but great and over exceeded my expectations from the cleanliness of the area, positive work employees and welcoming environment. Mrs. Wheeler has been so great to us as first time parents and our baby, you could really see her love and passion for being a pediatrician NP. will recommend to anyone to choose 1816
We needed a last-minute sick visit for my son’s ear and they were able to get us in that day! As we are new patients, we were able to see Dr. Guerra where he got familiar with my son’s medical history, introduced himself and did a thorough examination. The staff was very friendly, smiling faces everywhere, we met Dr. Guerra’s NP as we were leaving and she was very sweet and welcoming! I’m excited to continue care throughout my children’s years :)

They take the time to listen to all of my concerns and explain things clearly, which makes every visit feel comfortable and productive.
