Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean and tidy rooms. Great location. Great swimming pool and spa.
I wasn’t staying here just visiting family, i was minding my business when i saw a couple having sex in the pool at 11:28am, i called reception asking if they could tell the couple to not do that as it was disturbing and no one came out.
Pros and cons! Pros: Staff was fantastic. Pool was really good (Tiles near waterfall were a bit slimey and needed a wipe down & unfortunately the spa was out of order our whole stay) Great views of the esplanade and short walk to Muddys playground. This is located Cairns North so a $10 uber into CBD. Negatives: Unfortunately the room was in need of a serious clean. Mould in aircon vents and bathrooms.
