1808 Edgehill is a small complex of eight 1 bedrooms associated with The Village at Vanderbilt apartments. They keep it up well and the maintenance team is great. It comes with a washer/dryer which is nice. Some other notes- If your apartment is on the east side of the building your living room will get pretty dark (living room window is facing the outside hallway which does not filter much light through). Great location and awesome staff!
Lived at this property for two years from 2016-2018. It is managed by the same company that does the Village at Vanderbilt which are more expensive apartments closer to the hospital. This place doesn't have a lot of reviews because the property is so small with only 8 apartments. However this is truly a gem. The location is amazing, you are next door to campus security, between two daycares, and across the street from Vanderbilt's Peabody Campus.
