My iPhone had the screen bulging where the battery was pushing up because it inflated and to the point it was dangerous. These guys immediately identified the problem and replaced the internal battery and saved the screen. I did not have to buy a new phone as the carrier suggested. We switched our AT&T service to prepaid and saved $70 per month with the same network. They were able to find me a battery for my husbands phone Samsung S5 instead of buying a new phone. they also fixed my gmail account and my voicemail was forwarding to some other number and were able to figure out when AT&T could not.
