Horrific flowers. First order was lost. Second order was worse than 7-11 flowers. Petals falling off, dried roses upon arrival.
Would NEVER use this company again with the poor communication. Flowers arrived 2 days after the date it was supposed to arrive , selection of flowers were changed with no notice to me . They did not leave an email or anything in reference to any changed. When u call they leave u on hold while they scramble to figure things out and still can not provide any clear answers . THEEE WORST
If I could give this company a ZERO STAR REVIEW I would! I place a same day order for my son’s teacher for teacher appreciation day. I placed the order at 6:45am and paid the extra $30 for same day delivery. Upon this time of this reviews, flowers have not been delivered and I have had to fight my way through 3 customer service representatives, to finally get my order cancelled and refunded. The customer service representatives are horrible, the live text chat was horrible, overall experience was horrible!!
