I must express my immense disappointment with 1-800 flowers. Today, I had placed an order for a delightful combination of flowers and chocolates to surprise my beloved sisters. However, to my dismay, I received a call at the end of the day informing me that they were unable to deliver the package due to a shortage of delivery personnel.
