I placed an order for a flower bouquet to be delivered for my wife's birthday 3 days in advance and paid extra for an afternoon time slot. First, there was no flowers delivered. Second, they lied that a delivery was attempted at 8:45am. I was home all day. I have cameras all around my house. There was no delivery attempted! The gift still shows not to be in transit with a half an hour left for delivery . I call customer service and I’m on hold for 15 min and has to request a call back . I will never order from this company again
Steer clear of this company in general. They are not reliable and their customer support is terrible. I wish I read other people’s reviews before placing my order but unfortunately my undelivered fruit bouquet taught me a lesson. Also took an hour on support to get my refund. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.
Website showed DELIVERED BY: Local Shop - This was not true. Hours later I received a text message saying my order was delivered. This was also not true. 1800 Flowers offered a $15 pass and a redelivery for days later. This is not good customer service. This is actually an insult.
