The gift still shows not to be in transit with a half an hour left for delivery . I call customer service and I’m on hold for 15 min and has to request a call back . I will never order from this company again
Steer clear of this company in general. They are not reliable and their customer support is terrible. I wish I read other people’s reviews before placing my order but unfortunately my undelivered fruit bouquet taught me a lesson. Also took an hour on support to get my refund. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.
Website showed DELIVERED BY: Local Shop - This was not true. Hours later I received a text message saying my order was delivered. This was also not true. 1800 Flowers offered a $15 pass and a redelivery for days later. This is not good customer service. This is actually an insult. I would have been satisfied with a $50 credit back to my original payment method and taken the re delivery days later. Unfortunately customer service is only limited to the $15 pass.
