Website showed DELIVERED BY: Local Shop - This was not true. Hours later I received a text message saying my order was delivered. This was also not true. 1800 Flowers offered a $15 pass and a redelivery for days later. This is not good customer service. This is actually an insult. NEVER USE THIS PLACE! They freaking suck! They never delivered my Valentine’s Day flowers and when contacted them they barely wanted to give a full a refund. After fighting got told I could get a full refund but NO florists were around with flowers. I call BS!!!!

Flowers delivered Nothing like the picture.paid extra for extra large bouquet of flowers. what was delivered was not an extra large bouquet. Very disappointed would not recommend 1-800 Flowers.

I placed an order and was not delivered the first day because they did not have base. Called back 3 times order was not delivered second day no reason why. On third day told to call back again. A waste of time and money. I will over order from them again
