What I ordered did not match what was delivered. I understand the need to make substitutions, but it was not comparable in size or the types of flowers at all.
Ordering the flowers for an out of state relative was fairly easy and I was happy with customer service when I had to make call to change a phone number, But when the recipient’s daughter sent pictures, we were quite disappointed. I understand that the flowers are not going to look exactly like the photo on the website, but they did not measure up at all.
