Ordering the flowers for an out of state relative was fairly easy and I was happy with customer service when I had to make call to change a phone number, But when the recipient’s daughter sent pictures, we were quite disappointed. I understand that the flowers are not going to look exactly like the photo on the website, but they did not measure up at all.
