I felt so EMBARRASSED and UPSET all at once that I almost felt like CRYING!! I spent a good amount of money trusting that 1800Flowers would be reliable with their job. Come to find out, this service was done from this particular chain location. I will also be leaving pictures to back up my UNHAPPY experience. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star review!!! Absolutely embarrassing!! I ordered flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS for Valentine’s Day. I live in the San Fernando Valley — why did they from Canyon Country?? They were in such bad shape, like they’d been thrown together and left on their delivery truck all day! It looked NOTHING like the photo online. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS FLORIST!

My son ordered me flowers for Easter. So proud of himself, he said, "Mom I have a surprise for you." Well happy turned to sad when the flowers didn't arrive. He had to log a complaint. Wasn't until the next day mid day they were delivered. No explanation, no sorry. They were lovely, but who wants a florist you can't count on!?
