Very bad customer service, not helpful at all. My mother went to Dr Ogala, she diabetes, on reception, 2 lady was extremely rude. My mom come back home and eve not see doctor because of that receptionists. I am not advising to anybody visit Vine street clinic.
This location houses a number of doctors and practices, so my comments are strictly in reference to Dr. Victor Ogala, whose clinic is in Suite 302 of the facility. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Ogala as my family doctor. He is a skilled physician who genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of his patients. Somethings wrong with their number, can't be reach. This is the reason why my baby is far behind his due vaccinations. Even had a voicemail twice. If only they updated patients info from time to time they would get in touch.
Dr. Gorleh moved to this office, but the number hasn't been working for at least a week. I needed to go to the walkin to get medical care, and I need to make an appointment for my baby! It would be nice if they updated their patients and got in touch
