Unorganized and can not communicate very well. -The washer that came with the house broke down, so I called Nancy to get someone to come out. I was informed they’re not required to fix the washer or dryer bc it didn’t come with the house. She said she wasn’t even aware there was a washer and dryer in that house. I did a walk through with Amy on the day of move-in and she walked me down to the basement so I could see the washer and dryer. RecommendedI am going into my second year of having an office in one of their buildings, and really enjoy working with this company! They are quick to resolve any issues and have been gracious to work with us and accommodate our specific needs as an organization. Glad to work with them! Love our location in the Plaza District, too.
