I've been dealing with this company for about 2 years as a mail company. They were recommended to me by my urologist; I talked to them by phone; they asked my current address, etc.; I told them my stats (address, city, state, etc.), and how often I catheterized myself, sent me a months worth of catheters and lubricant.
