Last time sent fewer catheters, then didn't send current order until I was already completely out! Now have to buy locally necessitating scripts and extra expenses for a full week before delivery will arrive. Otherwise service has been good.
I have been with 180 medical for a few years, they have been great until recently. I've had to go without my supplies for weeks at a time. I've contacted them several times, they tell me that they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately nobody has ever contacted me. I've had to purchase my own supplies, which I shouldn't have to since I have insurance. I'm just very disappointed in this company. They failed me, and stopped caring. I'm still with them definitely looking into other options.
I have MS and have needed catheters for years, which 180 has always supplied with great care and service. Recently my insurance went from Medicaid to Medicare, and like all government things, it was a big fat mess for a moment to get me switched over. 180 Medical handled this with their usual expert care, and.even caught and corrected a numbers mistake in the process. The people who work here are top notch. Can't say enough good things about them. If you are new to cathing you can relax because they've got this.
