I wish we could do zero stars. They advised me to combine my order with different items, and the agent confirmed everything was covered after running the codes. A week later, I was told they never received paperwork from my doctor—despite previously saying it had been sent. My doctor resent everything as requested. This is the worse company when trying to get supplies and repair equipment. You finally reach someone to talk to(because all other avenues to order or report equipment failed) And you never get the supplies.
