I have multiple problems with 180 Medical orders. My reviews have gone from 5 stars to 3 stars to 1 star reviews now (May 2026). Representatives who are taking care of children at the same time get the orders mixed up. I have asked to speak to a manager and I get a woman with a baby talking baby talk on her lap. When I complain, she hangs up. I used to think that 180 was the best. But now I know they lied to me repeatedly telling me they had appealed to Medicare so I could receive more than 200 catheters/mo. I have been with 180 medical for 10 plus years. They WERE the BEST but not anymore. I am not using them anymore. Do not recommend them. They are all about money.
I discovered I was going to be short on the numbers of catheters I was going to need for my trip out west. Bethany pushed out an order to me next day and totally eased my mind. 180 medical is spot on.
I am new to 180MEDICAL in 2025 and have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and very reliable. I have used 2 other suppliers in the past and am extremely satisfied with 180MEDICAL!
