Your shipper dumped my box of supplies at the end of my driveway open instead of on the safety of my porch. My garage has a truck parked inside it so I can't bring anything in through it. I can't get this box all the way up my driveway and up the stairs to my porch. The box is open and has no stability to carry. Plus it's heavy. I want the info on this delivery so the driver can be reported. This is unacceptable. Lazy crappy delivery!!!!! I always get items on my porch, not the driveway.
They are always on time with the delivery. All the items are correct and in the box. I love 180 Medical!
I hate to change a 5 star review but this company has changed drastically from its previous 5 star. I have no one person to talk to, my supplies are constantly changed on a whim with no way to fix it except hrs on the phone with supervisors. They disrupt my life every month with this crap. I'm looking for a new supplier. This company has tanked.
