We have eaten and had drinks at the 18 Steak Bar twice, and TWICE they have accepted our cash payment and then turned around and charged our credit card that they demand to have to open a tab. Since this has happened once before, we articulated to the bartender that we DO NOT want our card charged. We are paying cash for our tab! Nope. Charged the card at the end of the night. We will NEVER go back!!
My wife and I split a 10-ounce filet and a side of lobster mac & cheese. Both were extremely good. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the lobster dish was a wonderful surprise. We also enjoyed the Sunday Brunch, accompanied by a jazz band. Selections were numerous and quite tasty. Crab legs and claws, steak and many more delicious items. The staff was helpful and courteous. You gotta go!

I came back for the lump white meat crab cake only to get a very water downed version. Disappointed but I still ate it because I was hungry.
My wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary dinner on 11-23-17, the food and service was excellent and we are repeat customers.
