Nice building but gym and lobby areas smell awful
Having lived in New Haven for 5 years now, I can safely say that 18 High is one of the best places to live, especially if you want to be downtown. First off, the people are absolutely one-of-a-kind. Joe and Melissa at the front desk are amazing, and Antonio has been incredibly helpful in helping me patch up random things around my apartment. Highly recommend!
There are a lot of new apartment buildings in New Haven - 18 High stands out because of its exceptional staff, whose kindness and generosity really make the building feel like a home. Joe and Melissa always brighten my day, Antonio has been a lifesaver the few times there’s been a maintenance issue, George is always making the building spotless and cozy. I’ve lived here for awhile now and the building is amazing! Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. Joe and Melissa are both amazing doorman and woman who brighten my day when I see them! Can’t speak highly enough of it, and the maintenance man Antonio is sooo kind, efficient and helpful!
