Nice building but gym and lobby areas smell awful
I’ve lived here for awhile now and the building is amazing! Everyone that works here is so kind and helpful. Joe and Melissa are both amazing doorman and woman who brighten my day when I see them! Can’t speak highly enough of it, and the maintenance man Antonio is sooo kind, efficient and helpful!
I leave this review as the parent of a student beginning graduate studies at Yale. This place and this team of people here are simply amazing, creating a fantastic resident experience, and providing the deepest peace of mind for a parent . We are so fortunate in all of the staff. This place and this incredible team (Debbie Edward, Sholom, Joe, Johnny, Omar) have my highest recommendation!
I lived here for 1 year. The gym is a great convenience. As for the studio, it is spacious and new, but the substance is not great: The fridge + AC are very loud, and the windows let a lot of air escape, very unsustainable. Traffic (incl sirens, motorcycles) & frequent construction noise from different sites at the south side. The washer and dryer are good.
