I have rented storage space at this location since 2013, for 8 years. Prior to that, I rented at 4 other locations in town and was disappointed with each. This storage facility is the best you will find. Bruce Bear is an honest, ethical manager and extremely professional to work with. He can be trusted at his word and is dependable. In 1997 I started a book-publishing business out of my garage, renting one small unit here for the back-inventory. As my business grew, I rented ever larger spaces. It all worked out. Last year I sold my business to a good buyer. I know the storage facility to be clean, well-maintained, and safe. And the other tenants are friendly .
I have had several storage units in the CM & NB area over the 40 + years I have lived here.This is the #1 storage facility bar none! The gentleman in charge Bruce & his fantastic team are fair, kind, helpful & really care about their customers! Extremely well run, spotlessly clean, safe, well lit, clean bathroom, provides a couple of 🗑 trash cans for regular small trash unlike other storage facilities who either don't provide ANY place to put ANY trash or make you pay if you do!
