I truly feel for anyone moving into 17 Street Lofts — I wish someone had warned us before we signed our lease. Despite paying over $4,000 per month, we’ve spent our time here just counting down the days until the lease ends. Major Concerns: • Disorganized move-in process: Application mishandled; required escalating to multiple supervisors before approval. I’ve been a resident here for more than 3 years and 2025 is the year 17th Street lofts went downhill. Our resident parking gate has been broken for more than 6 months (the gate has never been broken for this long). There is no answer to when it will be fixed. No urgency of fixing it. We’re just told to deal with it. The building is FULL of airbnb units. The resident parking area is always filled with trash in the parking spaces. I had such a great tour of 17th Street Lofts with Darius! From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable by answering all my questions thoroughly and giving me a clear picture of the community and amenities. His professionalism, combined with his approachable personality, really stood out and made me feel comfortable throughout the tour. I truly appreciated his time and effort—highly recommend asking for Darius if you’re visiting!
