HAPPY DOGS! HAPPY DOGS! I have a Pom and an American Eskie and have been taking them here for over a year. They are groomed to perfection and have enjoyed a nice play day when I pick them up. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about dog grooming. The prices are very competitive too. I called at the last minute once with an urgent request to have my dogs groomed. Amateur at handling dogs!!! We took our dog to this groomer on a Saturday morning. There where 2 women working there that day. When we walked in one lady was yelling at a Black lab in a cage to "SHUT UP!" The dog was just curious about another dog being groomed right in front of him.
Fabulous We have taken our 3 standard poodles to 17th Street Dog Spaw for over 5 years now. The rates are incredibly reasonable and they are loving and caring. During the holidays they take the extra time to put bandanas on the pets. Our Dogs are well treated and they look fabulous. I would recommend them highly to anyone, especially poodles. The owner is has a poodle.
My dogs Love It There. – My dogs are rescues and they get very scared. The staff was very gentle and understanding of their situation. I like the set up of the place and how they have exercise pens. My dogs never looked so good. I highly recommend the dog spaw. My dogs have been there a few times and now they just walk into the place on their own and they are happy to be there. I highly recommend them.
Good basic grooming salon 17th Street Dog Spaw is a great place to take your dog for a basic bath and haircut. The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they love dogs. They are reasonably quick in getting your dog bathed and groomed and back to you. Grooming includes ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a complementary bandana -- very cute!
My Poor little Dog I took my small dog in to the Dog Spaw and got my dog came back with a broken foot. When I tried to talk to the owner, she started screaming very defensively. Took no responsibility, I WOULD NOT TAKE MY PET HERE AGAIN!!!! EVER If there was a ZERO STAR RATING, I WOULD give them that.
Where we bring our three dogs We have had a great experience bringing our Great Pyrenees, Terrier Mix, and Dachshund mix to the Dogspaw. We live here locally and feel very comfortable leaving our dogs with the staff.
