Very friendly staff, high quality steaks and reasonable prices. Will definitely go back
Excellent all the way around. They made my birthday special. Our steaks were cooked perfectly (ribeye and filet). The roasted broccoli and pickled veggies were spot on. The decor makes you feel like you are in a 1794 tavern/inn. It's quiet enough to have a conversation. If you have the opportunity ion, ask for Savannah to be your waitress. She will take very good care of you.
Made reservations for prime rib night at 6:15. We were told ahead it would likely still be available. They brought out the separate prime rib menu when we arrived along with the main menu. We waited considerable time until the server first arrived at the table. We only learned when we ordered that prime rib was gone. We specifically chose Saturday night for the prime rib. Came in for a drink last night, just passing through the area! This place was highly recommended to me on google. Had no particular expectations other than the fact that I wanted a decent old fashion… this old fashion blew me away. The best I’ve ever had, after a few more I found myself hungry.
