I stopped in a few weeks ago to see if I could get help setting up access to the portal for Capital Cardiology. Yahsiera was at the reception desk and went out of her way to not only help setting it up, but took time to explain it and put it in my phone. She was fun and smiling throughout the time. She is a star for your organization. I worried about the process but I left confident and comfortable. Since then, I try to seek her out and just to see that smile. Tom Kelly
The waiting areas are clean and comfortable, however the wait times at the registration desk are way too long. I waited for 10 minutes standing in line. Fortunately I am capable of standing that long but I felt badly for the 7 people behind me, some of which were elderly. This set up is not acceptable and made me late for my appointment.
Waiting area is beautiful but appointments run late and entering info on tablet is extensive, time consuming,, aggravating, incorrect and ridulous.
