The center's resources are excellent. Their workers are very helpful, respectful, & friendly. Their services are OK. But they are not always the most efficient, or the most responsive. Also, the fact that none of their pre-pandemic "716" phone numbers are currently in operations, & they have chosen not to update their publications & notices with their new phone numbers, is highly problematic.
