I let my hair grow out after 20 years of cutting no guard. First haircut was here and I was not impressed. The woman's hand smelled like bong water, she charged me the full amount for a haircut even though she literally didn't touch the top & barely took some off sides & back. She straight shaved my face but the shaving cream had dried so I had pain and razor burn all over my face for days. My side burns were uneven, mustache was not symmetrical, etc. Left a terrible taste in my mouth
I hate leaving bad reviews, but after years of coming here, I think I’m going to look elsewhere. The shop has a great vibe and the staff is friendly, but the prices have steadily gone up while the quality of service has gone down. Haircuts used to take around 30 minutes, but over time they’ve gotten faster and more rushed. My most recent haircut took a little over 10 minutes, and it showed. I’ve been coming to this shop for almost five years, and honestly, they’ve never let me down. The vibe here is chill — clean space, good music, and everyone’s super friendly. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy hanging out while getting your cut. Big shout-out to Erica — the real MVP! Always nails the look I want. Maria/Meghan are great with waxing They pay attention to the details and make sure you leave feeling sharp. Five years strong, and I’m not going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
