Wasn’t even close on what was ordered. Fresh cut flowers are not a tiny holiday arrangement with a candle. Telling us you were making a minor adjustment is one thing but you completely changed the order. That wasn’t what we wanted. I tried to communicate this when I picked it up, however you weren’t there. Calling me the next day to scold me for not calling you when you told me you were closing early and were not going to be there means you’re unavailable. If I could give this awful business 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers online for my mother’s 27th anniversary to my father who is away long term. The website sent my order here to fulfill it. I got a notification of MINOR adjustments due to stock issues and figured I would at least get something similar. I called from out of state for a sympathy floral delivery to a local Iowa address. Got a call from the store about substituting some color of flowers and basket and was very impressed with the honesty and concern that was conveyed. I appreciate the honesty and follow up. Top notch service. I called from out of state. She was very helpful and communicated extremely well. Even sent a photo of the arrangement. Then drove 20 miles to deliver. Outstanding! Thank you so much.
