As lovely as it may look , I would not recommend living here, my unit had a lot of damages , unfinished work and broken fridge. There is no concierge majority of the time and security is not there 24/7. I pay at least 170$ on utilities (trash,sewage, water, gas) not including pg&e and other fees. The trash room 9/10 is not working and makes the halls smell. There’s always a leak in the gym or on the 6th floor , sometimes the fob doesn’t work for the amenities. I park here for my dentist. I always get a spot right near the gate. I think that's probably because it's a little difficult to get into and out of. Works for me. Best part is that my dentist comps the parking, otherwise I'd take Bart.

Concierge is not there all the time at the front desk. Multiple issues with the building. Poorly managed. There are several other buildings in the area that have sane amenities. I definitely do not recommend moving here

Love the building, its people, and facilities. BUT! The renewal terms are totally brutal! We got a lucrative deal when signing the lease. But the renewed rents were 20% higher than our effective rent and no negotiating at all! While somehow neighboring apartments are giving the same deal as last year. So looks like living in downtown means having your truck and move-out plan ready every 12 - 15 months to keep your effective rent along the same line.
