I absolutely do not recommend living here. I have been living here for 6 months, and I am almost at my breaking point mentally. My neighbor plays music as if their apartment were a nightclub, and despite complaining countless times, nothing has been done. The loud music and heavy bass cause constant headaches and stress. Even when the music is not playing, I live in fear that it will start again and ruin my peace. Almost every day, the building shakes from the volume, and no one seems to care, not even security.

After living here for two years, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Here’s why: - Awful property management: Easily one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with and a key reason why living here is unenjoyable. We had a tour at 1717 Webster recently and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Not only the location is ideal and convenient for our work/life in general, the building is meticulously well kept, has all the amenities that I think one would need living in the city, and not to mention the great sense of style! When I moved out several months ago, I was told I would be receiving a refund from my deposit. Instead, I’ve been getting repeated notifications claiming I owe them money — even though I have an email in writing confirming I am owed a refund. Not Worth the Price – Looks Can Be Deceiving I’ve lived in this high-rise for some time now, and while it gives the appearance of luxury, it’s far from it. Don’t be fooled by the location or the exterior — this is not a true luxury high-rise experience. First off, the washer and dryer units in the apartments are incredibly outdated.
