My stay at 1717 Webster was nothing short of incredible. Martina and Diego were always quick to assist with any questions or concerns, making the experience smooth and worry-free. Venessa has such a warm and welcoming presence—it really made me feel at home. I highly recommend 1717 Webster to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!
The service is very good, security is excellent, and the security guards are always very friendly. There's just one minor issue they haven't fixed: the elevator buttons are difficult to press; you have to keep pressing them. It's a small problem, but I've been using it for three months and there's no word on how to fix it. If this gets resolved, I'll update my review.
I absolutely love living in this building. From the moment I moved in, it has truly felt like home. The property is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful — which is exactly what you want after a long day. What really makes this place special, though, is the management. Venessa is wonderful. Despite the recent reviews I can only speak about my experience. Martina consistently provides exceptional support, especially when addressing building issues. Her helpfulness and quick resolution skills make living here a positive experience and It took me a while to warm up to Diego but I think he has been a fantastic addition. His guidance throughout my recent apartment transfer to a new unit was invaluable. He was supportive and professional every step of the way, demonstrating remarkable growth as a property manager.
Martina’s professionality is on another level. I’m new to the property and am excited to live here- despite some previous reviews about management. I did speak briefly with Diego who was very patient and kind as well. My hope is that this improves and everyone’s experience at 1717 Webster can be as pleasant as mine.
