This place has a lovely floor plan with huge windows and great amenities, but the best part of living here is the staff—Kay, Tiffany, Scott, Noah, and anyone else I haven’t named are always the best to work with and keep our community feeling like home.
Living here is so fun! The community is mostly young adults which is perfect for post grads who move to NC. Also, Tiffany is super fun and makes the community feel welcoming and fun from the start!
Got booted in the guest parking but Michael came out and got me all squared away and he was incredibly nice and understanding!
I love Kay and Tiff, the helpful, friendly, and smart women who run the office. I like the frequent activities they plan for the residents. There is copious activity space, a big pool, and all sorts of things. I wholeheartedly endorse this endeavor, at which I've lived at for a couple years.
This is the first community I’ve lived in since coming to the United States, and I feel very fortunate to have met them. Our English wasn’t good enough when we arrived, but Tiffany and Kay have been incredibly patient in helping me resolve various issues. I really love my home; the facilities inside are excellent, and the overall environment of the community is wonderful. The neighbors here are also very friendly, which makes living here truly enjoyable.
