Darryl and Tiffany are amazing and I love where I stay and the amenities are awesome at 1701 north apartments. When it comes to things being fixed around here they are right on it . They both know how to throw parties and make it worth your while. Great place to live
If you are considering moving here, Tiffany and Daryl are the reason you should do it! Over the past two years, they have been the most unbelievably compassionate and helpful property managers I could ask for. Great apartment, only stayed for a short time on the first floor. Kay made everything easy..
I recently helped my brother move into a first floor apartment here a week ago. Tiffany was very helpful from afar and once we arrived. This was a cross country move from SoCal to NC, and was very stressful. Tiffany made it less stressful and was so warm and hospitable upon our arrival. We love all the offered amenities, how quiet it is at the complex, yet it’s still warm and friendly with you running into neighbors here and there.
