Great place for more mature residents. The property management team is super helpful and responsive! I researched many places before landing here. Extra bonus is the close proximity to grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, post office, vet, and, locally owned coffee shop and movie theater. I renewed my lease for a second year and highly recommend!
1701 North apartment is one of a kind apartment which offers quality amenities, environment, and life style. The gym is always open, free coffee and some snacks, tidy common area, and nice neighbor. I have been here a while now.
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I love it! The neighbors are friendly, and the managers and so caring, and it’s super easy to get both to Duke and UNC. Best apartment ever!❤️
