I enjoy my apartment. My family feels safe and at ease. It’s off the highway and quick access to get to work. The staff is courteous and keeps us informed.
My family feels safe in the community. We have no issues when we have visitors. The management team is doing a great job running the complex.
New admin team is on top of things! Very safe community. Been living here for almost 2 years & overall we have enjoyed our home here. Maintenance team takes care of issues right away during the business days. They are courteous with towing and notify you before hand. I’ve not had any issues with towing since I’ve been here.
I have lived in Texas now for 6 years and the entire time I have been here it has been at this complex and besides it just being a great complex it also has an amazing staff. Savannah & Rosie are new to the leasing office but have been fantastic since joining. As for the maintenance staff I can say enough good things about Shawn & Eliezer. Just wanted to share my experience. Worked with Savanna she was very knowledgeable about her job and was very helpful thru the process she tried everything she could to try and help me get approved for leasing at the property, however the company would not work with me because I had 1 whole eviction 6 years ago! It’s been hard out here as it is when you’re trying to move on from past unfortunate situations but for this company to dig into my eviction from another county is crazy to me. I got laid off dammit! Lol
