RecommendedThis was our 4th time to stay here. The owner and manager are great and we always receive excellent service. It’s nice and quite and located across the street from Baylor. The units have everything you need to make your stay great! It is close to downtown Waco and not far to BSR cable park.
Love this place! Super cute and well appointed. Up to date decor. We cooked a big family meal together in the kitchen. Nice, quiet, tidy location in the heart of Baylor. We will book again!

Perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while vacationing from WI! The teenagers loved the living room and bedroom space, the hubby loved the outdoor spaces and this momma loved the kitchen and washer/dryer!!! Going home with suitcases full of clean clothes was the cherry on top of an amazing stay in Waco! Loved exploring Baylor, the city and doing day trips around Middle and Southern TX! All the comforts of home and more! We absolutely loved our stay here....so much that at the last minute, my husband wanted to extend our stay in Waco an extra night, but sadly the next night was already booked. The amenities are top-notch, the location is perfect, the price-point is unbelievable.....I can’t say enough positive things about 1700 S. 2nd! We will definitely stay here again should we ever make a return trip to Waco!

This site is a joke. We tried to reserve a unit here a month ago. Received an email back indicating the reservation was being processed. When I tried to confirm, could get no response. Several poor responses via text which didn't answer anything. Finally reached someone tonight who told us it has been booked, and the site should not have accepted our info for this date. So we are less than a month out from out trip, no place to stay. Back to the drawing board. Major disappointment. Do not recommend.
