If I could give this building zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, one star is the minimum. I won’t even get into the ongoing building issues (broken elevators, water problems, and consistently rude staff). What really needs to be addressed is the treatment of one of the residents. A close friend of mine has lived in this building for nearly 10 years with very few issues—until recently. He is a young Black man with a disability who uses a wheelchair.
