I’ve been living here for almost four years and the building has been great. The maintenance crew always comes immediately and does whatever is needed to resolve any issues.
Serenity , sublime wash of natural light in every unit . Details that are honest in materiality , are considered and will age beautifully when taken care of . Staff was helpful but not invasive . Friendly welcoming and I don’t even live there yet. And I’m a design and architecture geek so I love the argyle steel and concrete exoskeleton over the glass box .
Management is extremely rigid and purely profit-driven. As a long-term tenant, I was disappointed by their complete unwillingness to negotiate even slightly on my lease renewal. No interest in retaining residents—just maximizing rent. Disheartening experience. Otherwise, nice building overall.
