After MANY tries a week none of phone calls nor emails were answered or if a voicemail was left, returned. By the time we were done with our daily obligations the office was closed so we had no way to get in touch with the office, and the few times we would be able to get there no one that was in the office could help. You do NOT want to live here! There has been an alarm going off in our building for 2 full days now. When I called management the first day, I was told it would be fixed the next morning. That night I had to wake up every 3 hours to go in the hall to silence it. The company supposedly came to fix it today, but the alarm started going off again after they left. I contacted management several times after it started up again. Initially they told me that they would take care of it and that maintenance would be coming by to shut ... read more

roach infested buildings and barely 2 years old and the buildings are not sprayed on a regular basis meaning halls and entry ways. The exterminator doesn't show when you've asked for service, nor can you make an appointment to be there for the service.

This is by far the BEST experience i’ve ever had while trying to rent an apartment. I’m a first timer, & had zero idea what to expect when renting an apartment all by myself.
