17 Prime was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing, came on time, and the service was exceptional! Ethan was absolutely fantastic, was on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of. This is hands down our favorite place to get steak in Charleston!
We had the prime rib and the seafood pasta! Everything was so delicious. It is a very welcoming environment and if we are ever back in town we will be back here.
Ethan was an incredible server!!! He was so helpful with the menu and checked on us often! We will definitely be back!!
We chose 17 Prime Steakhouse to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. The service was terrible. Our waitress was almost impossible to find, our drinks stayed empty, dirty dishes sat on the table, and the birthday cake slice they promised never came.
