I had a very disappointing experience at 15 Brookbanks Apartments. I booked a viewing appointment a week in advance and traveled all the way from Mississauga with my elderly parents to see the property. When we arrived, the staff member at the office was unfriendly and unwelcoming. First, she told us to wait outside and said a coworker would come to take us for the tour. Just moved into a dream of an apartment at 17 Brookbanks Drive. Open concept layout that actually has storage space in the kitchen. The rooms are a good size, with lovely closet space. Our unit is clean and spacious, with views from each window like a picture postcard. So much natural light. Overall the building itself is very very clean. Security for the building is A+. It’s terrible building It’s ghost house, all appliances are cheapest possible it’s been installed Heating and cooling problems Parking extra and just since last week guests should pay for parking Washer and dryer it’s like a toy, don’t know where did they find cheapest possible quality!!!! Counting days to end my contract and be out of this building, pay almost $4000 and living in disaster place
