My poor cat Nala had a fall from on top of the fridge today. Worried her foot was broken, I immediately called 16th ave and they were able to see her same day for an emergency appointment. The vet was super understanding and knowledgeable, and took time to make sure my cat was comfortable (given this is not her regular vet, but the only one able to see her and treat her *if* it was broken same day in a two hour radius!!) Dr Fareed Ahmad did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to make sure our cat was taken care of. We couldn’t be happier!
They gave my cat anti-inflammatory injection. But they charge it separately. Not only the medicine fee, they even charge the injection action as injection fee for $40! I’ve been there for years with my three cats. That’s the 1st time I heard sth called injection fee in my life.
