Why so aggressive with my pet Dr. Fareed? It made me cry when I got home. Be careful when visiting please do you research they're cheap and there's a reason for that.
READ THIS before bringing your pet. I once loved this clinic until Dr. Fareed, the owner, dealt with my family very unprofessionally. When I first attended the clinic, he entered the exam room smelling like cigarettes, and when he handled my dog, the smell transferred onto him. I brought it to his attention and simply moved forward. I went back later for vaccinations, and the towel on the exam table smelled like God knows what. Read the reviews before coming here and come at your own risk. They dont tolerate animals at this clinic not sure why they're treating them. A treat and word of encourage to our pets will go a long way and maybe they will be comfortable so Dr. Fareed doesnt have to muzzle them. Unacceptable. Please also sanitize the clinic it smells so bad the moment you enter. I hope this feedback helps the clinic become better and starts to treat animals well. Thanks for understanding
Dr. Fareed entered the room smelling like cigarettes. I don’t have any issue with smoking, but I would appreciate it if you could please wash your hands and use a bit of cologne before seeing patients. Also, expect animals to move while checking them you dont need to muzzle them for just moving.
The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgable and real animal lovers. Dr. Navid was also very comforting and easy to talk to about my worries and my dogs condition at a time that I wanted to cry. The hospital is very busy and though it could use a paint job it is clean. Joie and Katrina were wonderful. I looked them up on the website and they live up to their biographies. Great place. Thank you
