The veterinarian and all of the nurses were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. They treated Noodle with so much kindness and compassion, and their professionalism and dedication gave us great comfort. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Noodle. We truly appreciate everything you have done.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me very disappointed. Before my appointment, I specifically emailed the clinic requesting a breakdown of the expected costs so I could make an informed decision. Based on that email, I received an estimate and proceeded with the appointment. When I checked out, my bill included additional charges that were not disclosed, including a mandatory blood interpretation fee. The 16th ave animal hospital, is the only vet that I have been too, that really does care for you pets like their own, and they always call you after you have been there, you should give them a try.
