They gave my cat anti-inflammatory injection. But they charge it separately. Not only the medicine fee, they even charge the injection action as injection fee for $40! I’ve been there for years with my three cats. That’s the 1st time I heard sth called injection fee in my life.

I have been going to this vet since Dr Brar was there...miss him and his team. I am thinking of switching vets as my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication with staff not ever being able to send my claim to the insurance company. This has happened every single time I go with my dog and I end up having to phone them back repeatedly to PLEASE send in my insurance claim....very frustrating and not very professional.
