Bed bug infested. Management is un accommodating and is terrible with tending to the needs of the tenant. Told us it was a newly furnished unit for a one bedroom with no AC and a broken laundry machine for $2285 a month plus hydro and utilities which comes to close to $2600 a month for an old, small, one bedroom unit that has bed bug problems. Landlord lady knows all this, kicked me out while pregnant and gave me a 24 hr notice to move my stuff out.
My husband and I are very happy that we moved here. The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful, the people in the building are very friendly, it has the perfect location, several options for supermarkets and major stores, and the most important thing is that the bus stops are almost in front of the building. Julie, I think that's how her name is spelled 😅, is a very nice lady.
