Check engine light came on when we left house (Ram pickup). Went to Miracle Chrysler Dodge to at least get code to see if we should drive it or not. They pushed us through to find problem as we waited. Found problem, ordered part and said ok to drive until part arrived and installed. Big relief for us because we were afraid to drive it.
I have had several dealings with the dealership and everyone I've encountered has always been nice personable courteous ask me what I need or what I want never had a problem
Went to get a simple oil change. Had appointment 2:30 after arriving I was informed they didn't have the oil filter, and asked if I could come back the next day. Calling them around 2:00 they informed me they still didn't have my oil filter. Needless to say I was very disappointed and took my vehicle somewhere else. Remind you i (BOUGHT) my vehicle at this dealership. I will (NOT) buy or have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.
I only trust these folks for any repairs on my Jeep. They've always gone above and beyond to take care of my Wrangler! Everyone is so Professional and genuinely nice. I highly recommend the whole crew! #JeepLife #BeepBeepYall
