Update - they are deleting negative reviews. MetCap operates numerous properties across Vancouver. Once they take over, your building is doomed. Honestly, the ineptitude is astounding. They do not respond to genuine issues, the buildings lose their maintenance, the building managers don't abide by the Residential Tenancy Act. They are in the business solely for profit, not to assist residents. In a city where high earning professionals are forced to rent, you should expect more. You won't get it with MetCap.
Poorly managed, and they blame the residents for everything despite obvious neglect on their part in security, staff training, building maintenance, and many other issues. Very good at the sales pitch... Until the lease is signed they seem great, then good luck getting anything from them! Huge waste of time and money dealing with this company, and their leading agents lied about SO many things. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money dealing with this company or any of it's properties.
