Amelia who is a leasing assistant with this property is extremely rude. I do not recommend this property or working with those who run it.
I tried to rent here, applied in good faith, and it was the most poorly managed process I have ever experienced. My last phone call with them turned into the office staff lecturing me about how leasing works, as though I haven't been renting in Chicago for 4 years.
Have been missing ceiling and pieces of my window for months. Walls are thin, management is scummy and loves to scam you. If there is anywhere else to live take it. These guys are the epitome of corporate greed. Better yet, stay out of Chicago. There’s crime everywhere even in this neighborhood and it’s getting out of control. Business are shut down, the city is ALWAYS trying to steal from you. Leave and never come back. A cold city for scammy liars.
