I lived there years ago when first starting out at age 18. I am happy to see the apartments have been kept up nicely. The pool, clubhouse and laundry facilities were always very clean and accessible. The manager was a dream come true in the eyes of an 18yr. old. 1st time renter. I had the 2 bedroom upstairs apt. accessed by the first set of stairs on the left hand side soon after entering the front access/ lobby. Parking is horrible on the street. They ticket often on the street for everything. You'll have one assigned parking spot, additional you'll most likely end up on a wait list. Managment is good. Apartments are clean. Lots of plumbing issues/repairs. Water will get shut off for a few hours. They do their best to notify prior but sometimes its shut as an emergency repair.
