Prior Assistant property manager left, and property manager was also replaced. New property manager is impossible to reach with concerns, is not there during scheduled office hours, and is disinterested in helping residents. There was a gas leak in an empty apartment, and there was no emergency maintenance number available so the fire department had to be called.
