Irene is the best building manager/superintendent that me and my family ever had anywhere we've lived. She is kind and courteous, very knowledgeable about her work, and quick to respond; a true professional, and we appreciate how she was with us very much.
Love this building love the superintendents they always do a great job and make me feel as if they are my family. Building is always clean but it could use some more laundry machines something the owner should look into..
Irene & Stephanie are such hard working and caring people who I have had the pleasure to know over the past decade. Realstar they truly deserve a lot of appreciation for taking care of this building and keeping it a safe place for everyone. Cannot thank them enough !!
Wow, I am stunned by the reviews of this building and the superintendents as my experience has been quite the opposite. I suppose it's easier to write a review out of spite, when you are upset about minor inconveniences, than it is to write a review when you are happy and unbothered. I would like to express that this building has a great sense of community and comfort. It is always clean and Steph and Irene are always friendly and helpful.
