This management company is the worst. They office people are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, have bad management skills, try to get away with overcharging people then will try to threaten you. They change supers every week, property manager sucks, the list goes on. My best advice is to stay away!

I left for several reasons, but here are a few - The former landlord went into foreclosure the new landlord refused to renew any leases. This management team was unable to maintain a building super for longer than a few months at a time. My toilet was never fixed and occasionally didn't flush, for over a year. The contractor they hired put a hole in my bedroom wall while renovating the adjacent unit and I didn't get a response from the property team until over a month later. 0% of my security deposit was returned to me and I... read more
