It would be higher except you can't even see a floor plan without signing up for something multiple times over.
I lived at 1607 for about 1.5 years. I wrote this review after we received our security deposit back to make sure it was a fair refund; I can attest that it was very fair. I lived in one of the smaller units but the layout of the space was great and had high ceilings, relatively updated appliances, washer/dryer, and forced air conditioning. It’s also in a relatively nice area that’s walkable but there are the occasional homeless based on the location’s vicinity. It’s also gated so residents have better privacy/security.
