I lived at this complex for four years (2021-3/2025.) The complex started off great but gradually declined. From car break ins to electrical wiring hazards that resulted in all residents being asked to stay at a hotel for a few days to the most recent drug addicts moving in. Our neighbor was a drug addict/ dealer who was up all night, had constant parties and had Colfax's finest in and out at all hours. Cops would be called multiple times and stopped coming due to fear of a methed out neighbor with guns. Management did very ... read more

1600 host st apartments. Lakewood colorado. Watch out for thievery by guests of residents. Mail had been stolen here from my uncle . Package at his door.
Silvia and Sean and the maintenance team is wonderful they have been great to me and my children I’m very greatful the building itself it’s very nice and friendly people & there dog friendly which makes it even better.
