Problem with Apt Heat corrected by maintenance in timely manner ...
We have rented here for almost four years, and love living here. The building maintenance is exceptional -- they respond promptly and courteously to all requests. The grounds are very well-maintained, too. We appreciate that buildings and grounds are non-smoking. The available community room is beautiful and well-equipped. The pool is great. So far so good! I had a fantastic experience with maintenance when I moved in. The couch was 1/2 " too big and the delivery team and maintenance all worked together to get it into the apartment. That was a wonderful first impression! Keep it up and don't turn into the complex across the street "who shall remain nameless" :)
