Called with a simple question that the rep had no clue how to answer. I filled out the online form and got a text from another rep saying she'd call me shortly. I let a day go by then asked if we could set an appt to talk instead. We confirmed 12pm that day and 3 hours passed before I got another text apologizing because she forgot to call me. Horrible customer service, not a good first impression and I won't waste any more time on them.
