WOSRT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whoever was at the front desk on February 3, 2025, had the absolute worst attitude. Who answers the phone and say hurry up I got things to do???? how do you work in customer service yet treat customers like they're begging to be part of your program? It’s beyond unprofessional. You seriously need to reevaluate your staff and put people who actually belong at the front of your business. If I could give zero stars, I wouldn’t!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Paul best instructor ever, he was always so patient and he made sure I got everything perfect every time, took his time, gave plenty of demonstrations and always was there to help. No disrespect to other instructors and knowing how many issues this school has with equipment and the yard, All I am gonna say I am thankful I got to work with Paul thanks to him I got my CDL!
Would give 0 stars if I could. The school in Delaware is a joke no working trucks half the time. Right now there is one automatic truck and 5+ people sharing it. it is also a day cab so only 2 people can sit in it at a time. I’ve been sitting in my car for 3 hours waiting for my turn to practice. on top of that the lot is not even paved and we have been limited in the maneuvers we are able to practice because the truck is getting stuck in the snow since the lot cannot be plowed.
