Very bad experience
Building 120 I had a frustrating experience with this property management company. After my initial lease term, I was presented with a renewal that bundled a rent increase together with a new fixed-term lease, without clearly explaining that I had the option to continue month-to-month instead. Like many tenants, I assumed I was simply confirming my intent to stay, not locking into another full 12 months believing I was month to month for the next year.
